Our art prints products are limited to 30 prints per artwork. The artwork is lightly numbered and signed by the artist. 

To ensure that there are no print duplicates, we use the order information that we generally collect to fulfil any orders placed through the site as per our Privacy Policy. 

We do our best to provide you with the best quality art prints. All of our products are printed on Smooth Cotton 300gsm Fine Art Paper. This is a 100% cotton paper with an ultra-smooth surface, and it ensures a print life of more than 85 years.

Our advice is to protect the art prints from direct sunlight and humid places. Keep the art print in a clean and well-ventilated area.

Should you frame the art print, ensure that the framing is done using an acid-free foam board and make sure that it is sealed to protect it from elements.

All packages are registered, and you should be able to track your item through a tracking code that we will send you once the item is out for shipping.

We do our utmost for you to receive the art prints in excellent conditions. Each order is packed in acid-free packing paper which is then placed in a a hard cardboard packaging suitable for postage.

We try our best for you to receive your items in the shortest time possible. As soon as the order is registered, we pack your art print and post it through the required postal service depending on your location.

We are very sorry that you received your item in a damaged condition. Please contact us so that we can verify the damage and guide you with the necessary steps. 

Art prints are carefully inspected once they are printed to make sure that there are no defects in the printing phase and carefully handled up until shipping. 

Should you want to return your art print due to reasons other than damage, please contact us so that we can guide you with the necessary steps.

To be able to return your purchase, the item should be unused, not damaged and in its original packaging. Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days pass, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

You will be responsible for paying your own delivery costs for returning your item. Such charges are not refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of the shipping that you have paid with your order will not be included with your refund.
